These classes were the first of its kind in Scotland and continue to be the only class of its kind in the North if Scotland.
What is involved?
During a session, you will be guided through relaxation and meditation techniques, as well as involving so very gentle seated yoga poses and postures. You will learn the techniques of Pranayama yoga which teaches how to control your breathing and how to breathe more effectively, which will enrich your salt therapy experience.
Salt Therapy and yoga combined will help you to cleanse your airways, which will encourage your body to relax and de-stress alongside helping to encourage mobility and flexibility through the seated postures. This will help to improve your breathing and overall lung function as well as helping you to feel renewed and relaxed with a better understanding of how to control your body through the breathing technique and postures.
This is a specialised session of yoga and salt therapy, therefore, the spaces are limited, we have 6 spaces available as an introductory price of £25 per head.
